In 2004, Interactive Services developed a three-hour Compliance solution for a leading global provider of diversified financial services to consumer and corporate customers. The learning solution educated associates on their compliance responsibilities. Interactive Services analyzed the role of new Financial Advisors and created an eLearning curriculum that matched learning sessions to milestone events in the Associate's first 90 days. This was part of a broader program on Risk Management.

A leading global credit card provider needed a learning solution that met the responsibilities of new Associates during their first 90 days.
